Lend Tracker Terms of Use

These Terms explain the basic rules for using Lend Tracker, a personal record keeping iPhone app from Amcle IT Solutions Inc.
Personal Record Keeping Only
Lend Tracker is a personal ledger utility for recording loan-related information that you enter.
The app does not originate loans, provide credit, connect lenders and borrowers, process payments, collect money, or provide financial, legal, lending, collection, or tax advice.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the borrower names, principal amounts, interest rates, dates, payments, and notes that you enter.
You should independently verify any records before relying on them for personal, financial, legal, or tax decisions.
Availability and Changes
Lend Tracker may change over time as features are added, removed, or improved.
We may update these Terms when app behavior or legal requirements change.
